We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our high-performing fashion retail stores in the Sebokeng region. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, commercially minded, and passionate about driving store success through excellent service and team leadership.

Description

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales associates

• Oversee daily store operations including stock control, merchandising, and cash management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Analyze sales trends and make strategic decisions to improve performance

• Manage visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

Education Profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in a fashion retail environment

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Matric (Grade 12) required; a retail or business management qualification is advantageous
