Description

As a Store Planner, you will support the Planning function by ensuring optimum product availability, accurate allocations, and profitable stock investments. You’ll work closely with Buyers, Planners, and Allocators to ensure the right product reaches the right store at the right time.

• Assist and support the Planner with daily analysis and administrative tasks.

• Provide accurate data and insights to drive allocation and replenishment decisions.

• Contribute to the planning and buying process through store profiling, size analysis, and sales planning.

• Manage store and size-level performance reporting.

• Liaise with stores, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure trade efficiency.

• Use available systems and reports effectively for merchandise analysis and decision-making.

Education Profile

• A relevant Retail or Business Management qualification.

• Minimum 2 years’ retail planning experience.

• Strong numerical and analytical ability (core, non-negotiable).

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos).

• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive, deadline-driven, and customer-focused approach.
