Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Drive sales initiatives and implement marketing campaigns within the store.

Education Profile

Requirements:

• Matric certificate (essential).
• Minimum of 2 years’ management or supervisory experience in a fashion retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for fashion and customer service excellence.
