Future Careers is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator to join their growing team based in Ballito, supporting two expanding brands within the recruitment and tech space. The ideal candidate is a creative, tech-savvy digital marketer with strong social media management experience, a solid understanding of SEO, and the ability to create engaging, on-trend content that drives brand visibility and growth.

Social Media & Content

• Creating engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook ETC
• Creating and editing videos
• Designing graphics and posts
• Writing compelling captions and content copy
• Managing posting schedules and engagement
• Implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility
• Assisting with brand campaigns, competitions & launches
• Tracking analytics and improving performance

 Recruitment & Admin Support (Secondary)

• Assisting with candidate screening and CV formatting
• Updating CRM systems and databases
• Managing job postings
• General office and recruitment admin support

Education Profile

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in social media management
• Confident using CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite
• Good understanding of SEO
• Comfortable on camera (a bonus!)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong writing skills
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• Passion for branding and content growth
• Must be based in and around Ballito

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in recruitment or HR
• Experience running paid ads
• Basic photography or videography skills
• Understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies
