Introduction
We are currently seeking a mid-level HR Business Partner to join a leading national retail team on a 6month contract based in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who is immediately available and ready to add value in a fast-paced environment.
Description
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance
- Support recruitment and workforce planning
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on labour law and HR best practices
Education Profile
- 4+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
- Strong generalist HR experience
- Retail experience essential
- Preference will be given to candidates with Fashion Retail industry experience
- Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Proven ability to support operational teams and drive HR initiatives
- Available immediately
