Key Responsibilities:

• Lead seasonal planning cycles, budgeting, and trade reviews
• Drive sales, margin, and stock optimisation strategies
• Manage inventory, markdowns, and forecasting to maximise profitability
• Analyse performance and implement data-driven decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, and Operations teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop a junior planning team
• Influence and drive trading outcomes in a dynamic retail environment

Education Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in merchandise planning
  (Apparel / Footwear / Hardgoods preferred)
• Strong experience with MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning) tools
• Proven ability to analyse data and drive commercial decisions
• Solid financial acumen and reporting capability
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially sharp
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
