Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across multiple locations
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across your area
• Ensure consistent customer experience and brand standards across all stores
• Monitor store performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Manage stock, merchandising, and visual presentation to optimize sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your teams, peers, and stakeholders
• Implement operational processes and ensure compliance with company policies

Education Profile

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager in retail
• Experience managing high-turnover stores
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Commercially savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE
• Retail experience in fashion or FMCG is highly advantageous
