ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will form part of a dynamic Shop Front Web team, responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining customer-facing web platforms. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performing solutions while contributing to system design, code quality, and overall user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Design and implement system-level solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects
• Contribute to performance optimisation, scalability, and system improvements
• Monitor systems and ensure platform reliability
• Support the development and execution of testing strategies

Education Profile

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in frontend or full-stack web development
• Strong experience with Vue.js and/or Nuxt.js
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience integrating with REST APIs
• Strong understanding of web performance optimisation
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional environments

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Experience with Node.js, Go, or backend technologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems
• Experience within e-commerce or high-traffic platforms
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and automation tools
