Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Analyst to join our dynamic team for a 12  month contract. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order processing, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction across our retail operations.

Description

? Key Focus Areas:
• Accurate order processing and validation
• Managing and tracking orders end-to-end
• Working with SAP (S/4) and strong Excel reporting
• Coordinating with operations, planning, merchandising & commercial teams
• Ensuring delivery performance and resolving discrepancies

Education Profile

✅ What we’re looking for:
• 1-3 years’ experience in Order Management / Operations / Admin / Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP exposure (advantageous)
