Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Fashion Supervisor to support store leadership in driving sales, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service within a fast-paced fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will have experience as a 2IC (Second-in-Charge) or 3rd Keyholder and be confident stepping into a leadership role on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Supervise and lead the sales team on the floor
• Drive sales performance and customer service excellence
• Ensure strong visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and floor readiness
• Handle opening/closing procedures as a keyholder
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures
• Resolve customer queries and maintain high service levels
• Support staff training, motivation, and on-floor coaching
• Assist in managing store targets, KPIs, and shrinkage control

Education Profile

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in retail
• Experience as a 2IC, Senior Sales Assistant, or 3rd Keyholder in a fashion retail store (Essential)
• Strong understanding of retail operations and sales floor management
