We are recruiting an experienced Import/Export Controller with strong multimodal logistics expertise

Description

? Key responsibilities:
• Full end-to-end shipment coordination (door-to-door)
• Handling bookings, rates negotiation, and liaising with agents, airlines, shipping lines & transporters
• Managing ANFs, documentation, payments, and release processes
• Preparing estimates and invoicing
• Coordinating with overseas agents and ensuring smooth cargo movement
• Managing a portfolio of clients with full operational and customer service responsibility
• Providing daily updates, reports, and proactive communication
• Ensuring all shipments are executed timeously and professionally

Education Profile

? Minimum requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience in forwarding / clearing / logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of air, sea, and road freight operations
• Experience with RoRo, breakbulk, imports & exports
• Estimating experience (advantage)
• Working knowledge of INCO terms and customs procedures
• Experience on ShipShape (advantage)

? Skills required:
• Strong admin and organisational ability
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Team player with high integrity and professionalism

? Reporting to: Operations Manager
