A leading fashion retailer in Durban is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join their team at their Watercrest branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily store operations, driving sales performance, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Description

• Store opening and closing procedures
• Cash-ups, banking, and daily reconciliations
• Stock control and stock counts
• Visual merchandising and markdown execution
• Supervising staff performance and daily operations
• Assisting with scheduling and operational planning
• Handling customer queries and escalations
• Back-office administration and reporting
• Supporting achievement of store and individual sales targets

Education Profile

• Grade 12 
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce (advantageous)
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Store Supervising or retail customer-facing role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of store management systems and retail operations
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
