Introduction
A retail clothing company based in Durban is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Pastel, Xero and Microsoft Excel.
Description

Perform reconciliations accurately and timeously.

Manage payroll administration.

Supervise the Bookkeeper, ensuring accurate and timeous processing of financial transactions.

Handle ad hoc financial processing.

Prepare management accounts.
Education Profile
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.

Degree with Financial Accounting as a major.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Proficient in Pastel and Xero.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
